Return Policy:
If you are not happy with an item, simply return it within 30 days of receipt with the original invoice and return form,
and you will be refunded in the manner in which you paid. Item must be returned in resellable condition.
Please call prior to mailing your item so you can receive a return # and so we may expect your item - (781)-640-2508 .
Your return does not include the return shipping charges.
All discounted sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on customized orders.
Defective items:
If you believe an item to be defective, you must call before you return the item - (781)-640-2508.
Repairs:
If you need your item to be repaired, simply fill out a Repair Order Form and call before you mail in the item
to discuss your needs and estimated repair time/costs.
Repairs are $30 per hour plus cost of materials (1/2 hour minimum charged for repairs).
Complimentary Services:
All items that have been strung either on wire or silk will be restrung once per year at no charge.
Simply retain your receipt, fill out a return/repair form, and call before you send the item back.
You pay only for the shipping fees.
